 14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 14 days of delivery date. All goods must be returned as new, complete & undamaged with their original packaging, documentation and manuals for a refund. We do not refund original postage & packing costs unless goods are found to be faulty.  We have the right to refuse any goods that have been clearly used.

Please note all goods returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee which also covers administration costs.

Please note: Items returned without the original warranty sticker intact will be rejected.

12 Months Guarantee

All our products have a full 12 MONTH warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Our products are all fully tested, refurbished, sanitised and heat sealed wrapped unless otherwise specified. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our service to our customers and all orders are check before being dispatched.

You must notify us within 48 hours if goods have been damaged in transit; we accept no responsibility if we are notified outside this period.

The warranty does not cover wear & tear, accidental or wilful damage.

What to do if your product develops a fault

In the unlikely event of a fault occurring within the guarantee period contact sales@helpdeskcomms.co.uk with the full details of the problem or contact us on 0121 344 0007  between 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Please ensure all returned goods are adequately insured (to the value of the goods). Goods must be well packaged and proof of postage obtained, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.

Upon receipt of the goods we will test the item and if no fault is found we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of dispatching the goods back to you. 

A copy of the purchase invoice (receipt) must accompany any returned product.
